Payment Terms and Agreement
HG & Associates, Inc. offers 100% Money-Back Guarantee Plus up to $500 for documented travel expenses for attendees who decide prior to 9 AM that they do not wish to continue the class. In order to be eligible for this guarantee, attendee must inform the instructor before the 9 AM cut off time. Instructor will give to the attendee our “Request Form” which must be completed and returned to the offices of HG & Associates, Inc., within five (5) business days after the date the attendee decided not to continue the seminar the completed “Request Form” and all supporting documents required by the form. Attendee must return his workbook to the instructor in order to be eligible for the refund and will not be given any continuing education hours for time spent in the seminar.
In the event that a registered attendee is a no-show for the seminar they registered for, or decides to cancel a seminar that they registered for, no refund or credit will be given. They will be allowed to attend a future same qualifying year CEU seminar for a re-assignment fee of $75.00.
Payment must be made in full in order to become a registered participant in the seminar and receive any continuing education hours.
Bounced check fees will be $50.00.
There is a $75 fee for re-issuing duplicate certificates.
